Team Knurdz 3.0 won the n8n partner track at Sri Lanka's Cursor Colombo 24 Hour Buildathon with Nexus OS, after 24 hours of building at Royal-MAS Arena.

Cursor 24H Buildathon 2026 · Colombo was Sri Lanka's largest 24-hour buildathon, organized by TechTalk360 and held at Royal-MAS Arena, Colombo on May 16–17, 2026.
Builders had a single ship deadline: registration from 7:00 AM on May 16, the build clock starting at 10:00 AM, submissions due at 10:00 AM on May 17, and final presentations from 12:15 PM. The event brought together hundreds of in-person builders working in teams, with partner stacks spanning voice AI, multimodal models, backend, automation, deploy, and fintech.
Our result
Team Knurdz 3.0 was named the winner of the n8n track — Best use of n8n — for our project Nexus OS.
The n8n track focused on fair-code workflow automation: connecting services, orchestrating agents, and shipping automations that hold up under real demo pressure. Nexus OS was built to showcase deep use of that stack within the 24-hour window.

How winners were chosen
- Global scoring — 30 judges worldwide reviewed every project on craft, ambition, partner-stack use, and demo quality.
- Track shortlist — The top-scoring team in each of the 10 partner tracks earned a live finals slot in Colombo.
- Live finals — Finalists pitched on stage to the Sri Lankan judge pool: 5 minutes to present, 3 minutes of Q&A.
